Module 1: Entrepreneurial Competences

The Module of Entrepreneurial competences addresses the need of people with disabilities to acquire Entrepreneurial skills. The module is divided in topics based on their capability. Modules are divided into topics that are important if we want to set up our own social enterprise.

Module 2: Digital Competences

The DIGITAL COMPETENCES module will give the people with disabilities a general overview of their current DIGITAL COMPETENCES and provide new knowledge to fill in any gaps. The participants will gain the necessary knowledge for them to perform all tasks that will enable them to establish an online presence with their entrepreneurial activities in a safe and professional environment. This module includes the following topics:

3.       Social media

4.       Website development

5.       Graphic and video design

6.       ICTmarketing

Module 3: Financial Competences

The module addresses the need for people with disabilities to acquire financial competences to enable them to become social entrepreneurs. The module provides learning outcomes for each topic which are based on the interests of participants in the area, their disability background, and the financial skills necessary for becoming a social entrepreneur. This competence framework is based on the OECD/INFE Core competencies framework on financial literacy for MSMEs.

Module 4: Social Competences

The Module aims to support the adult educators’ learning in teaching social skills to people with disabilities. The Module provides a great understanding on the social skills required toward social entrepreneurship for disabled people. It aims to teach adult educators the ways in which social skills can be learnt so to promote the participation of people with disabilities in the labour market.
